Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
What You'll Need:
- 2 lb Pork Loin
- 12 oz can Dr. Pepper
- Garlic Powder and Pepper (to taste)
- A 16-18 oz bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
- 8 sandwich rolls
Place pork loin in slow cooker. Pour Dr. Pepper over pork.
Season with garlic and pepper.
Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours.
When meat is done cooking, carefully lift it out of the slow cooker. It will literally fall apart! Pour off excess liquid. Return meat to slow cooker and shred with a fork.
Pour on as much BBQ sauce as you'd like and mix well.
